When you write to us. If you email info@ggsproductions.com we receive your address, your message and any attachments, and use them only to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. The website has no forms, accounts, newsletter or comments.

When you browse. Essential storage: your cookie choice is kept in your browser (not sent to us) so the banner does not reappear. Analytics is off by default and runs only if you accept it (see the Cookie Policy). Like any web server, the hosting service (Google Firebase Hosting) may process technical data for each request, such as IP address, requested page and browser type, to serve and secure the site.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages are viewed. We send the page address (without query or referrer), the page title and the language; Google may also associate an approximate location (for example country and city) and device and browser information.

Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled (in all regions); collection of user-provided data is not configured. The property is linked to a company Google Ads account, also with ad personalisation disabled. We have also disabled data sharing with other Google products and services, benchmarking and technical-support sharing. We use no marketing cookies.

You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

• Replying to enquiries and operating and securing the website: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); where your enquiry aims at entering into a contract, steps taken at your request before a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

• Google, as provider of Google Analytics 4 (only after consent). The Google Analytics data processing terms are accepted.
• Google Firebase Hosting, which serves the website. Sharing of Firebase service data with other Google services is disabled.
• Google Workspace (Business Standard), which hosts the info@ggsproductions.com mailbox. Google’s Cloud Data Processing Addendum is accepted.

We do not sell personal data.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, in any of its locations (Firebase Hosting is a global service). According to Google, these transfers rely on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses included in the Google data processing terms we have accepted (see https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks).

• Cookie choice: stored in your browser for up to 180 days, then asked again.
• Google Analytics: event data, 2 months; data tied to user identifiers, up to 14 months, restarting with new activity.
• Email correspondence: as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate project, commercial and legal purposes, subject to applicable statutory requirements.
• Hosting logs: according to Google, Firebase Hosting retains the IP addresses of requests for a few months (no exact period is given); see https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@ggsproductions.com. You may complain to the supervisory authority: Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Portugal — cnpd.pt.
