Art, architecture and new media after the Anthropocene

Eco-Visionaries brought together more than 35 artists and architects around critical and creative responses to the environmental transformations affecting the planet. The Lisbon exhibition was the first and most extensive presentation in a collaborative project developed by MAAT with Bildmuseet, LABoral and HEK.

02 / The story

Many works. Many audiovisual conditions

Across the exhibition, moving image appeared in very different forms: large projections, enclosed screening rooms, multi-channel installations, monitors and listening stations. Each work required its own relationship between image, sound, space and audience while remaining part of a single exhibition environment.

AV integration across a complex group exhibition

GGS was responsible for the audiovisual installation and programming, implementing the playback, projection, display and audio requirements of the works throughout the exhibition and bringing the systems through installation, programming, testing and final commissioning.
